JULIE O'BRIEN, MA, BCBC

Julie O'Brien is a Christian Counselor ministering to children, adolescents, and women in the Liberty Hill and Leander, Texas area. Her office is located in the RockPointe Church. Julie earned her Master of Arts Degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Louisiana Baptist University in Shreveport, Louisiana. Recently, Julie received a board certification from the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC) as a board certified biblical counselor.
Julie has worked with children in both the special education and general population for the past eight years. She has extensive experience with youth and women's ministry. Christ-Centered Recovery work has been a passion for Julie, for the last ten years, as she has led groups in the process of healing related to co-dependency, sexual abuse, and infidelity.
The focus of Julie's counseling is Christ and His healing power as evidenced through scripture and biblical principles. Whether it is anxiety, depression, or addiction issues, Julie will listen and facilitate healing and wholeness.
